Rental & property OS
Apartment and flat rentals, organised
One flat fits in your head. Six do not. RentMate keeps buildings, units, tenants and their rent in one place that does not depend on remembering.
Buildings and units
Model each building and its flats, then place tenants. Occupancy and vacancy are a view, not a count.
Recurring invoices
Rent invoices issue on schedule with your own due day. Partial payments and carry-over dues are tracked without a parallel sheet.
A record per tenant
Every tenant has a profile, a payment history and their own login — so “did I pay in March?” answers itself.
Managers without full access
Give a caretaker manager rights to run day-to-day work while ownership actions stay with you.
FAQ
- Can I manage more than one building?
- Yes. A property can contain several buildings, each with its own flats and rooms, all under one dashboard.
- Can tenants see each other’s information?
- No. Profiles are private by default; a tenant sees their own rent and dues. Only owners and managers see the full picture.
- What if rent differs per flat?
- Rent is set per assignment, so every unit — and every tenant in it — can carry a different amount and due date.
